SMS Terms & Conditions

Program Description

CourtConnect ("we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS notification program to keep members informed about activity on the platform. By opting in, you may receive text messages including:

  • Match interest alerts (when another player likes your profile)
  • Group add notifications (when you are added to a group)
  • Tournament invites from organizers
  • Direct message notifications

How to Opt In

You opt in to SMS notifications by checking the SMS consent checkbox during account registration at courtconnectusa.com/signup, or by enabling SMS notifications in your profile settings. Consent is not a condition of using CourtConnect.

Sample opt-in confirmation message:
"CourtConnect: You're now opted in to SMS notifications. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply."

How to Opt Out

You may opt out at any time by:

After replying STOP you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity on the platform. You will only receive messages for notification types you have enabled.

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. CourtConnect does not charge for SMS messages.

Privacy & Data Sharing

Your phone number and SMS consent data are used solely to deliver the CourtConnect notifications you opted into. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Supported Carriers

CourtConnect SMS notifications are available on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier support may vary.
